Heading across the Straits of Georgia stopping over at Lasqueti - Boho Bay

It was a beautiful hot day today in Nanaimo, British Columbia. We went for a walk, did some shopping, went to a movie and back to the Omega. Since we usually have the threat of rain, we closed her up. It was 100 degrees inside the Omega when we returned 7 hours later. Wow.. Was that a mistake…..Sure glad we carry a fan….

We are headed across the Straits of Georgia tomorrow along with Don & Diane on Saoirse….

We continue anchoring at beautiful spots we have never been before or places we enjoy. Lasqueti Island is just before you finish your trek across Straits of Georgia and we usually are wanting to get in protected waters but after reading about Boho Bay we decided we had visit.. Beautiful spot... and exploring the other bays was very interesting and will make note in our log to revisit...

John, Daleen & Don took a dinghy ride to explore..


Shelby went for her first dinghy ride to shore. She did just fine, but all things are new to a new puppy. Everyday is a new adventure!!
